.... began her formal training as a silversmith in 1996, specialising in fine jewellery, followed by further courses in design and the use of modern materials such as resin, acrylic and anodised aluminium, and in printmaking. She is also qualified as a tutor.
Her working process begins with an observation of form and colour, usually taken from our natural surroundings. It may begin with anything from a tiny part of a plant, to a wide landscape, but whatever the point of inspiration, she usually sees it as the basis of a pattern.
